Jamie is a Physical Therapist Assistant and Licensed Massage Therapist. Jamie recently graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at CCAC. She graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and later developed an interest in physical therapy as a result of her experience with running and weightlifting. She enjoys combining therapeutic exercise with hands-on care to help patients meet their goals. As a massage therapist, Jamie employs a mix of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and cupping to bring about pain relief and improved function. She is looking forward to continuing her education as a PTA and LMT throughout her career.
Jamie is thrilled to join the team at Anchor Physical Therapy after enjoying her time there as a student PTA during her schooling. Jamie believes in the one on one treatment model Anchor adheres to, and believes in the patient centered care model that the clinic provides.
